SCC Dedicated Data Cable

The DDC cable is used to provide a data connection to the SCC without removing the VAC audio accessory, enabling a programming cable to be connected where the radio is installed in a less accessible location.

The cable connects to the Hirose connector on the rear of the SCC, providing a trailing 15-pn D-sub connector. A removable cover protects the connector when not in use.

The DDC cable is intended to be connected in series with a Data/Programming Cable.

Serial Data/Programming Cable

Programming

The Serial Data/Programming Cable is used for connecting the radio to a PC (serial host) for configuration or PEI control. The cable connects to the 15-pin D-type Data connector on the AIU, interface box or directly into either of the transceiver interface ports. Please note: this cable can be used for packet data (not programming) for SCG22. Part no. 300-00065

Programming

The USB Data/Programming Cable is used for connecting the radio to a PC (USB host) for configuration or PEI control. The cable is used to program full software and customisation and connects directly to the 9-pin D-sub I/O / SPK / Programming port on the rear of an SCG22 radio. Part no. 300-02009
