Hauling truck pilots often struggle with manual processes of switching talk groups to communicate with the correct excavators. This can lead to:

• Extended coverage: The system ensures uninterrupted communication, even in areas where trunk mode coverage is unavailable, by providing Direct Mode Talk Groups for communication outside of mining zones.
• Optimised coordination: With AutoMate, hauling trucks and excavators are assured of always being on the correct talk group, eliminating the risk of communication breakdowns.
