Our operations focus on energy efficiency and responsible, ethical sourcing, with actions aimed at preserving the planet for future generations. We are working towards reducing our carbon footprint and increasing our materials that are reused and recycled, all of which helps demonstrate our dedication to environmental stewardship.

Social

We believe in the power of community and the significance of each individual. Our social responsibility efforts are designed to create inclusive, safe, and empowering environments for our employees, partners, and the communities we engage with. We’re committed to encouraging diversity and equal opportunity in our workplace.

Through our Volunteering Policy our employees can take up to two days paid Volunteering Leave each year which includes promoting awareness of careers in Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths (STEM), helping school pupils and students prepare for the world of work, and supporting local charitable causes. Supporting public safety users, we make a profound social impact, safeguarding lives around the world. Engagement is essential, and we actively seek to align our social initiatives with the values of the communities we serve.
