Joe is HR Director at Sepura and is responsible for the delivery of Sepura’s HR Strategy. Joe is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 25 years’ HR experience across a range of sectors, predominantly in global engineering and technology companies. Joe has been with Sepura since 2018, and has extensive experience in HR strategy, change management, talent management, M&A and leadership development.

Joe is also a passionate advocate of volunteering and raising the visibility of careers in STEM and apprenticeships. Joe utilises Sepura’s volunteering leave to undertake his role as an Enterprise Advisor, supporting a secondary school with their careers guidance.
