Kevin Rooney

Chief Sales Officer

Kevin joined Sepura in 2024 from Curtiss-Wright where he was the Managing Director for Video Management Systems in the defence and public safety sector before being promoted to lead the division’s international sales and business development activities.

Kevin started his career in the Royal Air Force and served for 15 years. In his commercial life he moved from engineering to business management specialising in complex projects and business turnarounds, in the USA, Europe and UK. He has held senior leadership roles in Lucent Technologies, Airbus, Thales, Northrop Grumman and is qualified in both electronics and computing. He studied for a Masters in project management at the University of Lancaster and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
