12VDC Cable with Ignition Sense

  • Installation

This lead provides power for the SCG22 in a vehicle installation. The ignition sense wire enables the radio power state to be controlled by the vehicle ignition system. The Power/Ignition lead is supplied with in-line fuses and connects to the Power port on the rear of an SCG22 radio. Part no. 300-02010

Adapter Lead for SCG22

  • Installation

When replacing the SRG series with an SCG22 and wishing to keep the existing installation cables, an adapter lead is available to enable the installer to re-use the existing power cable assembly supplied with the SRG radio. The adapter cable connects to the power and loudspeaker sockets at the rear of the SCG to a single point that plugs into the power lead assembly connector. Part no. 300-02007

HBC Interface Box

  • Installation

The HBC (Handset-Based Console) Interface Box is required to connect the HBC to the SRG3900/SCG22 and attaches to the HBC cradle. Mic and PPT can also be connected. Part no. 300-00670

SCG22 Local Console Adapter Kit

  • Installation

The Local Console Adapter Kit allows an SCC3 console to be connected directly to the front of an SCG22 radio. This installation allows the radio to be dashboard-fitted in a single DIN slot with the console already attached. Part no. 300-02050

Console DIN Fitting Kit

  • Installation

The DIN Fitting Kit allows the Sepura Colour Console (SCC3 IP54 variant only) to be flush mounted into a vehicle dashboard using an existing single DIN slot (180 x 50 mm). Single DIN slots are typically used for installation of vehicle entertainment systems. The kit includes the DIN cage that locates within the DIN slot and the DIN adapter that slides into the cage to secure the SCC in position. The release tool is used to remove the SCC. The remote console cable and the accessory leads are routed through the rear of the DIN adapter and secured in position. Part no. 300-00804

SCG22 DIN Mount Kit

  • Installation

The DIN Mount Kit allows an SCG22 radio to be installed into a vehicle dashboard in a vacant single DIN slot. It is recommended in combination with the Local Console Adapter Kit (ordered separately) which allows the console to be fitted directly to the radio before installation. Part no. 300-02051

Car Kit Hands-Free

  • Installation

This hands-free kit provides a remote microphone and remote PTT button, both terminated with 3.5mm audio jacks, allowing the user to make speech calls. The PTT button assembly also has a spare soft key that can be programmed for another function. Please note: alternatively, you may select individual handsfree microphones and PTT switches from the related accessories. Part no. 300-00657

Console Dash-Mount Kit

  • Installation

The Console Dash Mount Kit is used to surface mount an SCC3 console and is ideal if the console viewing angle needs to be optimised. The kit consists of a console pivot bracket, tilt assembly, fixed bracket and screws. It includes a threaded locking device, allowing the console to be locked into position. Please note: the Console Dash Mount Kit is not compatible with the IP67 version of SCC3. Part no. 300-01117

Handset-Based Console Cradle

  • Installation

The HBC (Handset-Based Console) Cradle is a bracket for attaching the handset-based console into a vehicle and features an integrated magnet to hold the HBC3 firmly in place and for off-hook detection. The cradle is AMPS-compliant (30 x 37mm), for use with commercially-available brackets and accessories. Part no. 300-00671

SAH3 PTT Button, Flexistalk

  • Installation

The PTT button enables convenient access to an SCU3 or SCL3 radio in vehicle and similar installations. The tactile PTT button and user-defined soft key (5-30007 only) accommodate hands-free operation of the radio. The flexistalk variant features a prominent PTT button for user convenience. The PTT cable is terminated with an RJ45 plug for connection to an SAH3 or control cable.

SRG/SCG Desk-Mount Unit

  • Installation

The Desk-Mount Unit (DMU) is designed to provide an integrated SRG desktop solution, ideal for an office or control room environment. The radio slots into the rear of the unit secured by the supplied fixings, allowing easy access to all its connections. A separate Power Supply Unit (PSU) is designed to sit out of sight and external to the DMU and is supplied with UK/EU power cables. The DMU has its own built-in loudspeaker and the console is pivot-mounted, allowing the viewing angle to be adjusted for user comfort. Part no. 300-00073
