Accessing support
I have been issued with a Sepura radio and have a question about it, can Sepura provide the answer?
In the first instance, we recommend speaking to the team or Fleet Manager within your organisation that issued your radio, as before being issued your radio will have been configured for your organisation’s requirements. If the query needs to be escalated further, you or your organisation’s Fleet Manager can contact the provider of the radios (usually a local Sepura partner).
Can I have a copy of the radio user guide?
Quick reference guides are provided with each radio when shipped. Your first point of contact should be the team or Fleet Manager within your organisation that issued your radio. They will be able to advise how your radio has been configured and access the radio user guide.
I manage a fleet of radios, can Sepura provide technical support?
To be able to provide effective support worldwide, Sepura has partners who distribute radios and provide support locally in region. If you have purchased the radio from one of our partners, please contact them for support as they will be best placed to understand your requirements.
Caring for your Sepura device
How can I sanitise or clean my Sepura radio?
To sanitise your Sepura device, we recommend using one of the following step-by-step procedures and the disinfectant products detailed.
Radios that are IP67 rated, such as the SC20, SC21, STP9000 and the intrinsically safe STP8X Series, can also be cleaned by rinsing under gently running water with a mild detergent. Please follow the steps outlined in our cleaning video.
